Shipping & Returns
You can choose the following payment methods in the online store www.jopagu.com:
by card (Visa, Maestro, Mastercard) via a secure connection,
by direct payment to the IBAN account of the 4DBalance (owner of the Jopagu brand).
When picking up the product, be sure to sign possible supporting documents (invoice, (..). Before picking up the goods, you are obliged to visually and numerically inspect and record possible visible damage to the packaging or product. The purchase price consists of the price of the ordered item and the logistics cost (if delivered to the address), which is 75 kn (equals to 10€), while for pick up at our address, the price is only the price of the item.

Shipping costs are calculated when purchasing in the online store www.jopagu.com. You are not obliged to pay the additional costs of delivery of items ordered in the Internet store www.jopagu.com, postman or other courier. The customer receives the goods delivered to the address in accordance with the rules of postal companies.

All payments will be made in Croatian Kuna. The amount for which your credit card will be charged is obtained through the conversion of the price from the Euro into Croatian Kuna according to the valid exchange rate list of the Croatian National Bank. When paying with your credit card, the same amount is converted into your local currency according to the current exchange rate list of the cardholders' association. As a result of the price conversion, there is a possibility of a small difference in the amount compared to the original price displayed on our website.
Return & Exchange Policy
If you are not satisfied with the ordered product, you have the right to return it upon presentation of the invoice. We will refund the value of the product within 15 days of receiving the product to your account. The period within which the customer can return the product and receive a refund is 15 working days from the receipt of the product that does not meet your expectations.
Product return procedure
Products that you return because you concluded that it doesn't meet your expectations on return must be completely undamaged. The product must be returned to our address within 15 days: packaged as you received it. Costs of return must be covered by the buyer. In order to be able to refund you as soon as possible, be sure to enter your IBAN number in the letter.
In case of return of the product due to damage, explain the described defect, ie the reason for return. The buyer is obliged to contact us in writing with a complaint to the e-mail: email@example.com. If the customer wants, we can make the same product again or we can compensate with additional products from our shop. Natural "flaws" in materials such as wood are possible, and if you are bothered, feel free to contact us and we will replace it. The cost of refunds due to damaged product is covered by us.
